I say Chapter 11.

I would like to see the UAW fall to pieces over the fact that they have killed the golden goose.

They will get a bailout but it will be termed a "loan". Congress is going through this dog and pony show in an attempt to sway public opinion. (At last check it was 61% against). Two many lobbyist, too much money, to many special interest...namely unions and environmentalists.

Everyone does understand that much of what Congress is doing is unConstitutional, right?

These give-aways are not allowed under what the founders wrote.

Combine that with what the SCOTUS did today, and I am beginning to believe that the Constitution has no hope.

There is still hope that the senate republicans will kill this thing. Let's hope that have the will to do so.

we need to demand that unions drop some of their coverage, if they won't get rid of their wages, for at least a few years to give the big three some time to get out of the recession

We have always had conservatives to resist most of the far left agenda. Truth is we just dont have the numbers. Many repubs voted for the bailout.

There are just too many republicrats sipping the DC kool-aid these days.
