McCain the traitor

i'm not surprised about this issue, McCain said earlier today that he probably won't support a Palin 2012 election. After all that he did for him (besides allegedly hurting his campaign) he now betrays her and says she's unfit to be the first in line for the presidency.

here's what i think, as a 'moderate' conservative as i've defined myself (since i don't want to get hanged here in New Jersey). McCain is trying to play off that she was the reason why he lost, even though he was incompetent in stating the reasons why a conservative agenda towards the economy is better than the liberal's obvious misguided thinking. If McCain had simply told the people of the U.S. that to fix the economy was to cut taxes for businesses immediately and to focus on having them re-structure (on their own accord that is) while they prepare to bounce back.

McCain the Traitor 1zn3i39

This is no surprise to me. McCain was primarily nominated as the Republican candidate by independents and Democrats voting in Republican primaries. There are certain things Im rather fond of remembering about those who claim to side with conservatives yet more often than not side with those who show little regard for the constitution, for our liberties, our prosperity and/or security. I made a little 'top ten' list to remind myself why I have little use for McCain. Here they are:

1. Campaign finance reform (Gave us the McCain/Feingold 1st Amendment Repeal Act)
2. Immigration (Shamnesty = what happens to the Rule of Law?)
3. Tax cuts (He opposed all of Bushs tax cuts so which is it now?)
4. Gay marriage (He doesnt support an amendment)
5. Stem cell research (He's fine with using aborted babies which is totally unnecessary)
6. Global warming (He's onboard with Al Gore and the rest of the flat earth society)
7. Gang of 14 (Undermined a conservative effort to end Democrat filibusters against the Bush judicial nominees.)
8. Kerry," and the vice presidential thing," (He considered running as Kerry VP against Bush)
9. Sides with Democrats (He usually sides with democrats more than his own party)
10. Cafe standards and the Cap and trade nonsense

A couple of these things arent a big deal but more than a few are indeed a very great deal or should be to informed voters imho.

During the campaign I made and used bumper stickers that said " Palin/McWhatshisname" in the style of the ones that said McCain/Palin. Razz

#6, on global warming. IT IS POLITICAL SUICIDE to ignore global warming the way the media's played this. that is a very sad fact. these liberals think they have it right when they do not. they protected themselves by calling it climate change, and putting a 'erratic changes' clause in their thesis... sadly, i believe some things that they say and i proposed to introduce carbon scrubbers in a sort of 'military complex' set up, giving subsidies to pay for carbon scrubbing and taking out air impurities. i think it's a great idea to get impurities out of our atmosphere to improve the health of our citizens, even if it's under the guise of 'global warming' (note, i live in NJ and pollution is horrible, my sister lives in L.A. and it's even worse out there, i think i threw up the first time i was there because of the air)

yes i know you're going to hate me for saying that, but it is literal political suicide to go against global warming. it's a sad day until we make media fair and balanced (like it should be!) and keep opinion shows to radio, or at least hold debate shows weekly by inviting two different esteemed people from opposite spectrum on the same show (sort of like KCRW's debate, but something more central). i'm telling you, we should do something like that on nat. television, it would get people interested in politics again

With our primary and secondary indoctrination centers, er .. I mean education institutions completely under the direction and control of leftists its no wonder that most sheeple fall for the global warming hoax. I have little respect or sympathy for republicrats who like to reach across the aisle and play footsie with those who wouldnt think twice about cutting their extremities off. That is what got us into the very sad state of affairs that we find ourselves and our republic in now.

As Walter E. Williams notes and I agree "Socialism is evil". And it all starts with liberalism.

The 'fascists' are going to push this nation as fast and as hard left as they can in the shortest possible time. Conservative leaders need to take a stand. And in doing so educate the public. Otherwise what good are they? This is the last chance we'll have before this nation is irrevocably changed forever. And besides .. what have they got to lose?

Btw .. its 'game over' after the Obamination gets his national health care plan enacted no matter how incrementally he gets there. We will be a socialist nation after that, make no mistake. And the odds of ever turning that around are between slim and none.

The time for playing nicey nice with these guys is long gone. That is ... unless there is something about a soft tyranny that we find appealing. Because I'm sure you can guess what follows after that ...
